A seat is a user with a role and privileges — site managers, supervisors, document controllers, QAQC, HSE leads. They log in to the web app and approve, edit, configure, or report. Workers are anyone clocking in via biometric/QR, capturing observations from the field, or signing a PTW. Workers are free and unlimited on every plan.

Yes. Each project is its own subscription with its own seat count — buy a new one straight from the dashboard, pay per seat, and the multi-project discount (5+: 20%, 10+: 30%) kicks in automatically across every project on the account. Workers stay free and unlimited everywhere.

Each IFC/RVT/DWG file you upload that gets translated to viewable format counts as one translation. 1,000 / month per project covers most projects' full lifecycle. Overage is £0.50 / translation — you only ever pay for what you use.

It's included on every tier. The rate limit (60 requests/min per user) is the only constraint. We'll only ever meter AI when we add expensive features — vision on photos, large-document summarisation, agentic flows — and those are priced as clear add-ons.

Yes. Monthly cancels at the end of the billing period — no minimum commitment, no setup fees. Annual contracts run their term, but you can pause a project for free if it goes on hiatus and reactivate later.

Yes. Upgrade Starter → Pro any time and the new features unlock immediately. Switch monthly → annual any time and lock in the 17% saving. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Pick Starter. It has no BIM/CAD, no surprise — just the core platform plus Construction Intelligence. Most UK refurb and standard-build projects don't need BIM federation, and you can upgrade to Pro mid-project if that changes.

No live integration bridges. ZiriEzi replaces what those tools do — that's the point. Your data is yours: CSV, Excel, PDF, IFC export and a REST API are included so you're never locked in.

UK/EU regions, GDPR-compliant. The Custom tier can request specific regions or on-prem.

Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe (UK/EU cards, SEPA, bank debits) and Paystack (cards, bank transfer, mobile money) — both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified with 3-D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication enforced. Card details never touch ZiriEzi servers. You get receipts and VAT invoices straight from the gateway and can update your payment method any time from billing settings.
